I was born in Mahébourg, raised in Pointe d'Esny, and came from a humble background. From an early age my dad, a fisherman, created a special bond between us by bringing me to the sea. Since day one, it has been my favorite place in the world I would rather be, and the East Coast lagoon holds a special place in my heart.
That's why I founded Authentic Attitude Ltd - as a licensed skipper and the son of a fisherman with deep roots in the region, I want to share my passion for the island’s maritime traditions, show hidden gems of the island’s largest and most pristine lagoon, its vibrant ecosystem, and its rich cultural history.
With my wife Olga and our partner - skipper Joél, we organize exclusive boat trips, providing personal experience of the unparalleled beauty and cultural significance of the East Coast Lagoon, prioritizing your safety, comfort, and an authentic attitude towards both wildlife and guests.

    All of our trips are within the lagoon and are suitable for those who are able to lift themself in and out of the boat.

Our bestseller
Signature boat trip on a speedboat from 9:00 to 16:00. Historical islets, snorkeling, the only waterfall in Mauritius accessible by boat; wild monkeys, dolphins and turtles; lunch with live local music Sega on the famous Ile aux Cerfs, degustation of homemade rum Lolita Marie, a photoshoot on a sandbank on a coral reef with a mountain view - and much more.
